Mr. McGinn joined Waypoint as SVP, Sales & Relationship Management in April 2015 with over ten years experience in the helicopter sector having executed around USD 5Bn in financing mandates. He was previously Managing Director of CHC's global aviation finance group in Dublin, building the inter-disciplinary team which executed the leasing and finance strategy for one of the largest civilian helicopter operators.

He joined CHC after a near thirty year career in corporate and investment banking in London and New York, latterly managing the largest helicopter asset finance business in London, where he was responsible for structuring some of the biggest and most complex stuctured debt and operating lease financings in the civil rotary wing sector for RBS clients. Prior to RBS, he held management positions at Bank of America and Hill Samuel & Co, having completed his graduate training with Lloyds Bank.

Clark is a regular contributor to the debate around the growth in helicopter finance and leasing as a presenter and panellist at conferences arranged by Corporate Jet and Helicopter; Ascend and ISTAT.

He holds an MA (Hons) degree in Philosophy and a PhD in Scottish Literature from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
